Sabrina Carpenter’s life and career in photos: Most Aussies know her now because of Taylor Swift, but we first saw her on TV in 2011

In March of 2019 she embarked on the Singular Tour, her third string of headlining concerts.

She also starred in the film The Short History of the Long Road, which had it’s world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Not only was the film as a whole received well, but Carpenter in particular was praised for her performance by both critics and movie-goers.

Her fourth studio album, Singular: Act II, was released a little later than expected, coming out in July, 2019.

The album was Carpenter’s first step in creating a more adult image for herself, stepping away from the image of Disney child star.

It dealt with more personal themes such as anxiety and self-reflection, with both fans and critics publicly praising her work.

In September of the same year, Carpenter, who is approximately 4′ 9″, starred in the Netflix film Tall Girl.
